Before you can say anything,your body will tell you whether what you are doing is going to be successful or not.Your eye contact with others will tell you whether you shall get the deal or not.

The eyes are important followed by true smiling but sometimes to encounter 
decieving smile is got a potential of terminating the deal.The first free greeting is critical important to show you how close with the deal.

It depends on the type of the character you meet.Some characters are decieving,you may believe that you got the deal.
You must be good in reading the situations.It means simply you must not have the "exaggerated" hope.You must take it step by step and understand your prospective partner.

The strategy is simple: Greet and lead the discussion:"Hi, we think,we may of help to promote your company.Your company have a potential  of growth.I think,we may of growth.I think we may be of help.

Wait for the response with a smile.Accept for any response.Be patient.Some company will tell you on the spot while others will tell you that you shall hear from them.
Don't keep on communicating to them.If it's more than 3 months take  your proposal to another company.
