We were taught of Business Concepts.Very few institutions told us about how to keep our business and the possible failures even what we were told about  failures it was of minor effect.If the big banks of USA collapse then you ask yourself:  1.Were the staff and managers who worked in these bank did not foresee the coming  the  calamity? 2.What were they doing from day to day during office hours after hours? 3.Did they inform the shareholders about the coming Doomsday? 4.How can they allowed the collapse of such big institutions to fall? 5.Did they take the Goliath route? 6.Now,  do they  have enough money to survive?  7.Surely, no financial institution will hire them at any level even any company because directly or directly the issue of money will prevail. 8.Did they "steal" to survive enough for themselves and to their  10th generation or until Jesus Christ to come back or until Lucifer is released at Doomsday?
